                   · 100% pass rate for Adult/Parent Manufacturing classes. 

Trade certifications with 100% pass rate includes: Carpentry (OSHA), Culinary (Safe Serve), and Horticulture (OSHA)

Community Partnerships

Connections with local businesses, organizations, and agencies to support students holistically

                   · Partnered with Chicago Family Health Center to build the

                     1st full-service school clinic in the south side of Chicago. 

                   · Engaged over three dozen entities to provide funding and

                     opportunities for students and their families. 

Includes: United Star Alliance, Motorola, Verizon, Bill & Melinda Gates, Northwestern University, Standford University, Tuskegee Airmen

School Climate and Culture

Recognition systems and incentives programs that improve student engagement, motivation, and conduct; 10% of contracts are reinvested in student recognition and incentive programs; build a school climate that creates a sense of belonging for all students, inclusive of LGBTQ+ and newly arrived immigrant populations

                   · Reduced student disciplinary incidents by 76%  

                   · Donated over $23,000 for rewards and incentives in 2025. 

                   · Students voice their concerns and are active participants

                     in developing and implementing solutions through

                     structured town halls and facilitated discussions.
