School Climate and Culture
Recognition systems and incentives programs that improve student engagement, motivation, and conduct; 10% of contracts are reinvested in student recognition and incentive programs; build a school climate that creates a sense of belonging for all students, inclusive of LGBTQ+ and newly arrived immigrant populations
